handful of fresh Sage
 

 
3 strips of Meyer Lemon zest
 

 
1 tbsp [Himalayan Pink] coarse salt
 

 
1 tbsp [Black Malabar] peppercorns
 

 
grind in spice grinder or with mortar and pestle
 

 

 
Use as a rub for chicken or a condiment sprinkled over steak
