The Ark of Taste is an international catalog of endangered heritage foods which are maintained by the global Slow Food movement.
The Ark is designed to preserve at-risk foods that are sustainably produced, unique in taste, and apart of a distinct ecoregion.
By promoting and eating Ark of Taste items we help ensure they remain in production and on our plates.
W.D. Dickinson Farm currently grows about 40% Ark of Taste items and have committed to conituing to increase our Ark of Taste footprint.
