Roasted Carrot Pate

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion or shallot

5-6 st. valery carrot

1/4 cup water

2 tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce or worchestire

salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp turmeric

Saute onion or shallot in olive oil. Add roasted or boiled carrot. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth consistency. Chill and serve with bread, crackers or vegetables!
