Roasted Rampicante Squash

Squash

Olive OIl

fine diced garlic, thyme & oregano

Preheat oven to 375. Slice thin, about 1/4 inch. Arrange on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, fine diced garlic, thyme & oregano. Bake about 15 minutes until tender. Enjoy warm or chill and add to salads. Delicious!
