Russian Potato Steak Fries with Dip

Potatoes
Olive Oil
Minced Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 400. Scrub potatoes. Place on a baking sheet, cut the larger potatoes in half- lengthwise. Drizzle olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper plus any other seasoning you might enjoy. Wrap in foil. Cook for about 45 minutes until almost tender. Remove foil and increase oven to 450. Bake another 10-15 minutes until crispy. Serve hot with your favorite dip (ketchup, aioli sriracha).
