Polenta Tomato Stack

Golden Ponderosa & Pink Brimmer tomatoes are amazing raw!

Use as a caprese stack with marinara, polenta cake, mozzarella & basil. Excellent as an appetizer or entree.

Pan sear polenta cakes until warm, place mozzarella on polenta cake & broil for 5-7 minutes. Warm marinara sauce. Remove from oven and assemble- marinara, polenta cake with mozzarella, heirloom tomato, basil garnish.
