Prosciutto Wrapped Crane Melon


1 crane melon, sliced longways in 8-10 pieces

Prosciutto

Arugula

Basil

Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Salt & Pepper

Wrap thin slices of prosciutto around crane melon, place on hot grill for about 1 minute each side.

Toss arugula with olive oil, salt & pepper. Place wrapped melon atop arugula and drizzle balsamic.

Top with thinly sliced basil.

Excellent as an appetizer, cheeseboard or on a salad.
