Layer in dehydrator, dehydrate overnight at 195°.
If you do not have a dehydrator, spread onions on a cookie sheet and place in the oven on the lowest setting your oven has. Dry for 5 hours.
Once they are dry and brittle, put in a bullet blender and blend into powder.
If you do not have a bulletr blender, you can also us a mortar and pestle.
