Horseradish Cocktail Sauce

2 cups horseradish greens

1 onion

3 garlic cloves

2 cups chopped tomato

1/2 cup lemon juice

dash Worcestershire

pinch salt.

 

Saute horseradish greens, onion,  garlic clove until wilted & translucent.

 

Add chopped tomato, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt.

 

Simmer on low about half hour.  Once cooled, blend all ingredients and chill.

 

Sauce is great for shrimp cocktail or steak sauce.
