Veggie Quiche Bars

3/4 cup  cream cheese
2/3 cup half-and-half
6 large eggs

2 cups of saute greens (beet greens, cabbage greens, etc)
1 cup grated cheese
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


favorite pie crust recipe

Saute your greens with any seasoning you like.  Let cool. 


Roll out dough and cover the sheet pan, freeze the dough covered sheet sheet pan for 20 mins. 


In a blender, mix the first 7 ingredients. 


Bake the pie crust for 20 mins.  Remove from oven. 


Pour mix in the pie crust, bake again for 20 -25 min until set. 


Let cool, cut into bars
