Easy Summer Pasta

2 pounds Zucchini, grilled and chopped

1 tbsp Garlic, chopped

2 tbsp Butter

5 Sage Leaves


splashes lemon juice

4 cups cooked pasta

Favorite soft cheese (like ricotta)

Melt butter and add sage, let stand for 5 minutes. Add sage butter and chopped garlic to pan, cook until soft. Add zucchini and pasta, cook until warm. Top lemon juice and your favorite soft cheese. Recipe inspired by Food52, made easy by Farmer Stepheni
