Roasted Okra

Trust me your love these. They are super addictive and there is no "slime"

Cut off tops and bottoms

Slice down the center length wise (or leave whole)

Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper (or your favorite seasonings)

Roast at 425 for 10-15 minutes until browned and tender.
