Fruit Cream Soda

Fruit Syrup

1 lb Overripe fruit

1 Cup Natural sweetener (Raw Sugar, Honey, etc)

1/2 cup Water

1/3 tsp Vanilla

Soda water, Club Soda or sparkling water.

Rough chop the fruit

Combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium-high heat.

Stir occasionally, mash fruit with the back on the spoon.

Simmer for 40 minutes.

Strain through cheese cloth into a clean jar, cover and keep refrigerated.


Add 1 tbsp fruit syrup into glass

Pour 6 oz sparkling water over the syrup

Use a piece of frozen fruit instead of ice
