Sourdough Crust


Dry

1.25 cups white whole wheat flour 1 stick butter cut into pieces 1.5 tsp sugar

.5 tsp salt

Wet

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar .5 cup cold sourdough starter cold water


Place all dry ingredients in food processor, pulse until JUST crumbly

Mix wet ingredients in large bowl

Add dry ingredients to wet

Mix by hand until you can make a dough ball. Add water if needed, be careful not to overwork or melt the butter.

Hand form into disk, wrap in wax paper, chill in fridge overnight or freeze.
